- Guarantee and Limited Warranty
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Return the system within 30 days from the order date, and we'll refund your purchase price, no questions asked. This refund does not cover the original shipping expense.
The Powerseed personal trainer is warranted for one year from date of purchase to be free of mechanical and electrical defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligation is limited to repairing or replacing the Powerseed coach during the warranty period, provided the product is sent postage prepaid and accompanied by a copy of the invoice showing date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage resulting from negligent use or misuse, disassembly or repair by any person other than Powerseed Systems personnel.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of order receipt except during unusually high order demand periods such as may occur following national TV coverage of the Powerseed.
Please note that business days include Monday through Friday and exclude Holidays.
We will notify you by email, prior to shipping your order, regarding any shipping
delays or out-of-stock situations that may occur. Please provide your email address on the order form.
If you requested special shipping instructions for your order in the comment
section of the order form, we will email you with any additional shipping
charges prior to shipping your order.

All US orders over $15 will be shipped by US Priority Mail unless US Express Mail is requested. Orders under $15 will ship US First Class. The following shipping charges

- APO/FPO Address Shipping
APO/FPO address orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped to an APO/FPO address. These added charges may require an additional charge to your credit card.

- International Shipping
- International orders, excluding Canada, will be shipped via US Global Priority Mail for a shipping and handling charge of $15 for a merchandise total less than $85.00 and $20 if over. Canadian shipments will be charged $10 on orders totaling less than $85.00 and $13 if over. Powerseed does not charge your credit card for tariffs, duties, import VAT or clearance fees. You are responsible for these charges when your package arrives.

- Repairs & Battery Replacement
If your Powerseed requires repair or battery replacement after expiration of the one year limited warranty period, send it postage prepaid to:

Make sure to include your return information including email and phone. We will advise you of the repair charge and return shipping cost for your approval prior to taking any action. If your unit is found to be nonrepairable, you can order a replacement Powerseed for $34.95 plus S&H. The battery replacement charge is $9.95, S&H included.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Powerseed order, please protectively package the products you ordered so they won't be damaged in the mail and return within 30 days of purchase to:
